dear sir/madam
iam dr aakashdeep a resident of ludhiana,punjab.i want to lodge a complaint against track on courier services,whose properitor in rishi nagar,ludhiana is mukesh juneja(ph no 09357740336,09779343566) for non delivery of goods to my friend dr rashmi moghe hirve,resident of bhopal. i had send her “gluten free food products” which were for her autistic daughter.These products were a part of her treatment,as these are free fom gluten ,found normally in wheat and other grains.These products were not available in bhopal.sir we went to mr mukeshs office many times when we came to know about non delivery of goods even after a week.He kept us reassuring that these will reach sooner or later.Then one day he told that as the recipients adress was out of “their companies city linits”,recipient has to come to their office for collection of the courier.
Sir my friends went their but there to they were made to run from one office to the other.this kept continuing for three days after which my friend told me that she was fed up with them.
i want you to pease lodge my complaint for non delivery of goods,harassement of both parties and thorough unproffesionalist and rude attitude of company employees and properitors.
i want they should be fined and punished and we should be adequately compensated more for being mentally and physically harassed and also for non delivery of courier.
