Name of company/service: overnite express limited
I have booked a courier (docket no-7860425336) on 31-07-2012 from modinagar to delhi, but it was not deliverd till now 03-08-2012 at 11:00 AM.
This was very bad experience to me as I have heard that Overnite is a very good courier. The courier contains Rakhis for Rakshabandhan festival, but it was not delivered on time. From modinagar to delhi delivery should delivered next day or very maximum second next day. But it was not so. It it is the service of company then this is very bad.
Normally Rs-20/ are charged for the courier from modinagar to delhi, but you have charged Rs-35/ for this instead of that if you are unable to deliver the same on time, then return me my courier
