An important document was booked on DTDC Plus( V09414542)ON 14-07-2012 for delivery from Kolkata to Faridabad on the assurance by DTDC terms& condition that same will be despatched within 48hours. However I am yet to receive the same causing utter inconvenience & heavy financial loss. Please take necessary action against the company. Beware of DTDC.
