i bought a product from rediff shopping and the same was booked with bluedart express ltd on 20/11/2012 vide c/n 46149973763. after that there has been no trace of the said consignment. any mails to bluedart elicits a standard response that the consignment is in transit and shall be delivered, the concerned person for bludart in paschim medinipur, Mr. T K Das has categorically stated that they no idea about the fate of the consignment and if required i can lodge a complaint with the consumer forum, and that they are not liable for any kind of loss. is this the way that a company like bludart treats its customers ?. kindly followup my complaint through your esteemed forum and help me get redressal for my complaint
