Dear Sir,
My husband (Mr. Gaurav Anand) made an online purchase for a product through Deals and You on 15th May ’12 and made an online payment for it for Rs. 550/- (approx.). We have been chasing for it since then but neither the product is being delivered nor is being cancelled.
1 Order No. – 580880 – dated 15 May 2012 “Order was placed for a T-shirt with a confirmation of delivery within 21 working days. Payment made online.”
2 Complaint No.- 293797 – dated 15 June 2012 Product was NOT received even after 1 month. Thus the complaint was raised which was further sent to relevant department (as informed).
3 Ticket No. – 301323 – dated 18 June 2012 Same compaint discussed again and it was confirmed to be solved within 48 Hours.
4 New Complaint Number – 320505 – dated 25 June 2012 Requested for cancellation of the product. No update even after 48 hours.
Kindly suggest how to solve this issue.
