We have ordered for 3 products from India Times Shopping on 16th Oct 2014. We were confimred through email about the delivery of the product by 22nd Oct 2014. However the same is postpond to 24th Oct 2014. According to the India Times Shopping they have dispatched the products on 20th Oct 2014 through ECOM Express. Today is 26th oct 2014 and now neither Ecom Express nor India Times giving any response about the actual status of the product. Ecom Express telling that they have not recieved any product physically from India Times and on other hand India times telling that product handed over to ECOM express on 20th Oct. Both these parties are fooling around us and unable to provide any update about the status of material. Payment is already made in advance. We have ordered these product for my family members as surprise and now it has become shock for us. We have already raised our complaint to India Times and asked several times to connect to some senior person who can take immediate action to correct their mistake, which they are not connecting. It is more than 24 Hrs now after lodging complaint to India Times however nobody is bothered to call us back regarding the status of the shipment.
We are highly dissatisfied with services of India Times and Ecom Express. Need strict action against them
Our entire plan for surprise went for toss. Also we are leaving the place on monday which we have mentioned as delivery address at the time of order.
