Non delivery of Goods. Order no: (OD300943780083501100)

I placed an for Redme 1s mobile phone on 6th Oct 2014. Expected date of deliver was 13th Oct 2014. As per the tracking no. shipment was delivered to biwandi port on 9th itself and still if I m checking the status its shows the same. While spoke with the flipkart executive.he raised an complaint which will be resolved by 18th Oct 2014. There is no point if I m getting my order after 15 days. This was not the service excepted from flipkart. Even there is no escalation email I’d mentioned on the website if In case anyone want to write to higher authorities. I was happy with my past experience with flipkart but this time flipkart disappointed me. In future I will think twice before ordering anything from flipkart.
