Name of company/service: Citibank + Bluedart
Citibank executives approached me over phone 2 months back and kept on insisting that i apply for a credit card attached to my suvidha bank account. I releted and applied over phone. However it was supposed to be shipped using blue dart courier services. Till data i have no idea regarding the card and its accompanying pin. Its a total pain to get through to citibank over customer care phone numer. Neither i have received any information from blue dart as of date regarding the whereabouts of my credit card.
