Name of company/service: Home shoppe 18/Flymax Courier
I oredered a book online from Home Shoppe 18. They send me the detail that book was despatched on 21st July but till 26th I did not received. I sent a mail that if you cant deliver on time better refund the money. I contacted the Courier company also and they said they will refund the money on 02nd Aug but no one turned up.I have written mails to Home Shoppe 18 after that but they are also not responding. Its a matter of trust more then money. No one even bothers to call back.
