Name of company/service: Heaven and Home
I had placed an order #547626 with Heaven and Home website. Its been one month and no delivery. Niether has my money been refunded. Their customer care number does not work and emails are not responded
I had placed 3 separate orders of nearly a dozen items more than Rs. 2600/- with heaven and home about a month back. I have not received any of these items nor any intimation about their despatch. My e-mails to the company is never replied and the customer care telephone is never attended.
I want the company to either honour their commitment or to refund my money
