I had sent a freeze on 17.05.2013 ( consignment No- D13396494) from Jaiprakash nagar Branch, Ranchi to Muzaffarpur, Bihar with conscent of company that the item will be reached within a week because this was gift item on sister’s marriage on 29th may’2013. But all families became very shame due to non delivery of freeze. I am talking regularly with Ranchi office (Mr Santosh) & (R.M)Patna. No one has giving response seriously. all efforts are in vein. Please look into the matter seriously.
