I have contacted so many times and send messages many times to deactivated unwanted services to stop the services to bsnl but no response was given by bsnl to me…as a unwanted service is activated on my mobile without my knowledge by hungama.com and it is claiming a harrassing fees of 10 rs. For 3 days….i went mad to report this problem to bsnl office and made many effort online also but i got no reposnse. Please help me o get rid of this mess….please help…
