Non conversion of prepaid number into postpaid

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Live Wire Customer Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

On 25 February, Live Wire Customer Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Called me if I wanted to change my prepaid airtel number into postpaid. I gave all the documents on 25 Feb with an amount of Rd. 250 and verification was done on 27 Feb. But till date my postpaid number has not been activated. Every time I call their office they ask for more time and give me a different reason. They are asking me to come to their office for refund.
