Non Compliance of service as shown on their web site

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have recharged for Rs.199 for service of 1000 local mins. but I got normal balance of Rs. 199 and when called customer care they have given me un proper and non responsible answer by Ms. Sangita(Customer Care Executive).I want you to kindly look in to this matter as I have seen on website that I will get 1000 local Mins. On recharge of Rs. 199 so I am attaching screenshot of same with this.Please look into matter and do needful.
