Non completion of job

Hi My name is Shodan D’Souza from Mumbai, Mobile no: 9870535548. I had given Nidaan Corporate Services (their website: http://www.ncs-india.co.in) to help me with my Educational Self verification on May 17th 2013 and I was promised by Mr OM Prakash that in 15 days I will get my report. It’s been more than a month and the concerned party is cutting my calls and not responding to my emails/calls/sms. They have already taken Rs 1550 on May 17th 2013 for my job but they have not done it and I see that they are FRAUD. Please help.
