non communicative L I C

LIC does not send any communication either about payment or non payment of premium to me. On cotacting they informed that they send information through ordinary post only. Why do they send through post when they have my e mail address and mobile number.They are working as if they are in British era. Also nobody picks up phone in the brach etc Hopeless organisation indeed.
