Non clearing of Final dues

Sub : Non Releasing of Dues by M/s ABACUS HEAT TRANSFER LTD.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that my Ex-employer (M/s Abacus Heat Transfer Ltd. having Registered Office at K-87, Kalkaji, New Delhi – 110019 & WORKS at K. No. 114/15/2, Bhankari Pali Road, Faridabad) is not releasing my dues, which is pending for the last 10 months for FY 2012-13.

Please help me, how to proceed.
