Dear Sir,
I had an MTS net dongle (Red colour) which was not working for quite a few days. Had requested for a replacement, when this failed, I requested the cancellation of the same on 15.09.2012 @ S L V Enterprises, Jayanagar, Bangalore, (who is the dealer of MTS as suggested by MTS Support). I was asked to pay a due of Rs.448/- when paid, the accepted the application with R12-48547651 as the reference number for cancellation. The agent informed me that someone from MTS would give me a call for confirmation ( which i’ve not received till date ) But yesterday i received a bill for the period 01/09/2012 to 30/09/2012 of Rs.449.57/-
My MTS number is 8453184637, in my name (Shreyas H S)
