Non Availabilty of Spares

I have panasonic lcd under AMC for which I had made complaint since 5th july 2014 regarding replacement of faulty speakers. Since the day I was getting condoloscences from the company executives I.e. sir as soon as we get any update about availability of product we will let you know..
These are the standards these companies adapting these days incapable to stand in market and just complete the warranty period by giving such excuses. Its almost now been a month and my tv is without speakers..should company will extend my warranty period in lieu..Not at all..Panasonic the name I trusted on also here to make fool of peoples in name of service..Really peoples if u thinking to purchase panasonic products think twice as they don’t have spare parts available for after sale service..0 points to Panasonic.
