non-availability of 3g service & dis-satisfactory customer care

Name of company/service: aircel

I had purchased an aircel 3g sim few days back for Rs350. I was to get 1gb free 3g service for 3 months. But till now i have been unable to use 3g. I have been trying to contact aircel’s customer care(121) & complaint helpline(198) for the last three days, but somehow their customer executives are always busy. They also say that they have been experiencing heavy traffic. I am frustrated to say the least.
