sir, i purchase a spice mi 270 handset on 7/6/12 vide invoice no 742.same was defective. i contact AnA service centre bahadurgarh but they kept handset but no gave me any jobsheet, i want to lodge complaint at spice tollfree no. but they refuse to lodge complaint. i send some e mails to customercare but after 45 days left no any action takes place. i contact mr. deepak sahoo, mrs/miss charu also but there reply negative to resolve my complaint. my handset delivered me on 27/6/12, but same was not working proper so again on 20/7/12 service centre took my handset for same defect. no any officer attanding my complaint. i request at service centre for deliver me a stand by handset,but they provide me defective handset, so i returned same on next day to service centtre. i contact at corporate office and i ask for CEO phone no . but rececipsnist refuse to provide me any ph.no,
i harressed by spice mobile co. i loss financial, physicaly, by spice co.
