It is brought into your notice that I had applied for PORTING my mobile no. 9268777261 from MTNL to Aircel on 03.05.2013 due to poor signal.On 10.05.13, I received SMS from Aircel that Aircel has approved my porting request and date & time of activation of service is 10.00 Pm on 10.05.13. But till date service on this number has been suspended. Sir, till then, I am regularly calling customer care executive 4-5 times a day, but every time they assured me that service on this number will be started in sometime within 1/2 hour or sometime within 24 Hrs. It seems that they do not have any guidelines of TRAI regarding the PORTING. As per TRAI, The service disruption time shall be around 2 hrs during night time of
the date/time of porting. Moreover ,after several calling on 198,they have not registered my complaint regarding the PORTING and connectivity of signal is so poor that I hardly understand what the said to me . Due to non activation of service, I have been facing problem, like communication , banking transactions, online transactions, payment of bills etc. and have incurred financial loss. I recently , have an conversation with Aircel customer care executive Mr. Krishna at 4.32 PM today and he again promise me to start the service within 24 Hrs & call after 24 Hrs. It is very simple answer to call after 24 Hrs without doing anything.
