Name of company/service: Prepaid mobile service, Reliance
My Phone number is 8820071032 and my service provider is Reliance. About one week ago I recharded my number with Rs.44 sms pack. But it was not activated. Then I called coustomer care but it did not give me any satisfactory answer and told me to call later. After that I called to coutomer care several times but each time they gave me non sence talk and my sms pack was not activated. I was very harrased by their behaviour. Then I called on their complaint number (198) today on 27.01.2013 and they told me to wait for another 3-7 days. My complaint id is – 197031814. My sms pack is of 30 days in which 7 days are passed and they are telling me to wait for another 7 days which means I will be using only 15 days of my 30 days alloted if they rectify this problem. Please take the necessary actions as soon as possible.
