Name of company/service: T24 AND BIG BAZAR
I have paid Rs 51/- for SIM card and Rs 29/- for SMS package at T24 outlet inside BIG BAZAR, LB Nagar, Hyderabad on 25/12/12.
SIM card bearing mobile No: 7207889542 was given to me on the same moment and told that within 48 hours it will get activated. I have submitted my driving license as ID/address proof (Goa driving license) and it was taken by T24 team.
I have visited the outlet alteast 10 times after this but till date my SIM is not activated. I had given photos two times, provided the same id/address proof copy two times due to some excuses given by T24 staff in the past 2 months. Complaint made through mails to T24 as well as BIG BAZAR were alos not responded.
