non activation of sim

Name of company/service: Idea prepaid 3G

Dear sir,
I purchased a prepaid 3g sim from a shop named as Sonu Electronices, opp Manjeet electronics, kashipur Bye pass road, Rudrapur, uttrakhand. I have already submitted my required documents to the shopkeeper on 8 dec 2012 and today is 20 dec 2012, but still the document were not sent to the company by the shopkeeper and whenever i called him in this regard he tries to avoid me. kindly help me.What should I do.
