Dear Sirs,
Goodmorning. I am one of the customer of your prestigious Bata Company. All my family members are used Bata Footwear and Shoes.
By the by, during February 2011, I have purchased a cheppal to my daughter at a cost of Rs.599/-. At the end of February 2011, the soul getting cracked and in front side also opened. I have approached the show room where I bought the cheppal for replacement (because it cannot be repaired). But they insist me to produce original cash bill. Show Room situated at “Town Hall, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu”.
Sir, because of reliability & durability of Bata’s product, I am not keeping the cash bill and also I never expect such type of damage would occured to my daughter’s foodwear. Hence the importance of cash bill was not raised in my mind.
Sir, I also request your showroom executives to verify the copy of bill and admit my claim. But they refused to do so and they insist original cash bill only from me.
In this juncture, I humbly request you to kindly consider my claim as a special case and also advice your showroom executives to admit my claim.
