I gave my Nokia E5 handset for repairs in Nokia Care center in ghatkopar east mumbai center on 16th August2012. i was told that i will receive call back for quotation of repairs in next 2-3 days. i waited till 20th and gave call back
reply : we will call back tomorrow for quotation
No call on 21st
I again called to be told : we will call back tomorrow
No call on 22nd
i again called to the same nokia center on 23rd and got the answer: We will call back soon
No courtesy to call back even once for the pending complaint.
Todays world who can wait for 9 days without any phone?? if they were to take more time, at least could have provided a temporary handset???
