Nokia selling second hand phones through Relaince digital.

On november 9th 2012, I have bought nokia c2 from reliance digital . The key pad had issues with keys 2,5,8,0. Thus I have visited nokia care at kukatpally opp BJP office. They have said that the kep pad ic was tampered (according to them it was reparied earlier). I was baffled ,as I haven’t given it for repair before . Either relaince digital is selling the second hand phones in newly packed boxes or Nokia. I don’t know how to proceed here. Please help me . Phone number 9966030927. I have the bill ,the written bill from nokia care which says that the keypad ic is tampered.
