Nokia N8 Pending 10 Month

Dear Nokia,

we visit many time nokia care center
Submit my set Nokia N8 IMEI-359054043091853- 22/11/2013 set dead condition
in warrenty job sheet no.725504867/131122/9.
nokia care say set send to company and return 15 day.
after 15 day nokia care inform me my N8 set not repaired and change Lumia 800.
but Lumia 800 not have 12 mp camera and not support Memory card.
after 5 month nokia care center change my set Lumia 720 but when we
receive set Lumia 720
set not work sim card. nokia care center again send company.after 1
month again change L720,
but this time set tauch not work proper.
he send again company and give me job sheet no.725504867/140512/7.
but till date not return my set.
already complain nokia care line No.30303838
complaint number is 1-14903844891
But No Response Care Line ..
after submit consumer forum notice nokia care center call me and say
change L1320 but not box pack set.
Lumia 1320 not have 12 mp camera and low price compare to N8.
we say to nokia care center give me Box pack set Lumia 1020
nokia care center say not possible Lumia 1020 box pack.
we facing problem with nokia last 10 month.no solution.
