NOKIA MOBILE SERVICE CHEATING

Location/place: THRISSUR-KERALA

Name of company/service: nokia authorised care centre

IN THE MONTH OF JUNE MY N96 NOKIA MOBILE HAD A PROBLEM FOR THE OPERATING KEYS AND I SERVICED IT FROM AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE CENTRE IN THRISSUR AND PAID RS.1800/- WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BILL THE MANAGER SAID THE CABLE HAS BEEN CHANGED AND NO NEED FOR THE BILL AND GIVE ME HIS VISITING CARD AND PROMISED HE WILL TAKE CARE IF ANY SUCH TROUBLE HAPPENS AGAIN.
NOW SAME PROBLEM STARTED AGAIN AND WHEN
MET THE MAGNAGER HE SAID IT WILL BE CHECKED ON PAYING RS.600/- AGAIN. I EXPLAINED HIM THE SITUATION AS IT IS THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT HE SAID IT IS 40 DAYS NOW AND WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE MONTH IS OVER.I REFUSED AND RETURNED. I AM QUITE SURE THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING PROPERLY AS THE PROBLEM STARTED SOON.IT IS DIFFICULT TO DIGEST SUCH BRANDED COMPANY LIKE NOKIA IS HAVING SUCH SCRUPULOURS CHEATERS IN THEIR SERVICE NETWORK
