Hi,
I purchased a nokia phone model C2-03 in April 2012. It has a warranty period of 1 year.
The phone stopped working in July 2012 due to excessive heating related problem.
I immediately submitted the phone to Nokia at Lakminagar repair centre of Nokia. Its the official Nokia care shop.
Its been over a month now but i have not received my phone or any satisfactory reason from nokia about the delay. I have visited nokia care 6 times in past month.
So, I would like to register a complaint against nokia for selling faulty mobiles and not providing repair servicing within time limits.
