In my NOKIA LUMIA 520 MOBILE which is brought one month before the START , BACK AND SEARCH KEY IS NOT WORKING.

RESPONSE OF CUSTOMER CARE
1- THEY TOLD MY MOBILE NEED TO FORMAT
2- AFTER 2 DAYS THEY TOLD ME ON PHONE THAT DEFECTIVE PART NEED TO REPLACE AND IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK.
