My phone is still in service centre from last three months and i wont collect it until i am given replacement or refund as nokia have cheated me by declaring my phone out of warranty even if i have job sheet having on warranty from authorized service centre fully signed and attested which is my biggest proof against nokia frauds,also have all proof of purchase and prevoius job sheets and all email proofs against nokia with voice communication proofs against nokia and i am also planning to go to consumer court on friday most probably as i have waited a long time now with no resolution till date not even calls or email responses from nokia and i have lost more than 50 percent of my warranty till date with my phone just lying in service centre all the time so i wont accept that phone now.

DWARKA SECTOR 12 COLLECTED MY HANDSET FOR THIRD TIME IN A MONTH AS IT HAD NO SIM ERROR SO EXAMINED THE HANDSET FULLY OPENING IT AND THEIR ENGINEER CONFIRMED TO RAVINDER OF BACKEND TEAM THAT ALL 6 PINS ARE IN POSITION AND NOT A SINGLE ONE IS BROKEN SO THEY SENT IT TO HEAD OFFICE SECOND DAY FOR REPLACEMENT AND GIVING ME JOB SHEET HAVING “IN WARRANTY”CERTIFICATE.NOW HEAD OFFICE HAS DECLARED MY PHONE VOID WARRANTY AS ACCORDING TO THEM SIM PIN IS BROKEN.BUT IF SIM PIN WOULD HAVE BROKEN THEN SERVICE CENTRE WONT HAVE SENT MY HANDSET TO HEAD OFFICE AND WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THEN AND THERE THAT IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AS SIM PIN IS BROKEN AND EVEN IF THEY WOULD HAVE SENT TO HEAD OFFICE FOR EXAMINATION THEN THEY WONT HAVE GIVEN ME A JOB SHEET HAVING IN WARRANTY BOX TICKED ON IT WHICH IS COMPUTER GENERATED.NOW MY ISSUE IS THAT I WONT ACCEPT MY HANDSET UNTIL IT IS REPLACED BY NOKIA.
I WILL FILE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT IF NOBODY IS GIVING ME REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR MY HANDSET OR PROPER SOLUTION AS I HAVE JOB SHEET WITH “IN WARRANTY “WRITTEN AND SIGNED WHICH IS BIGGEST PROOF AND PROOF OF CONVERSATION BETWEEN SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVE AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT BACK END TEAM MR RAVINDER. AND I WONT ACCEPT MY HANDSET FROM SERVICE CENTRE IN THIS CONDITION.
