NOKIA is not agreed to Replace the faulty Handset

i have bought a Nokia handset N8 HAVING IMEI NO. 352847055536120 from SWEET HEART of P-13, C I T Road, Scheme VI M, Phoolbagan, Kolkata – 700 054 vide Tax invoice no. 6935 of dated 28/08/2012 for Rs. 19000/-.
From the beginning I am getting multiple problems in the handset. I understand that any electronic device may be do like this. First I tell you that I am suffering from which kind of problems:
1. Group contact not open.
2. Face book chat is not opening.
3. Battery backup maximum side 5-6 hours.
4. Language change problems
5. Application icons automatically rotate. ECT.
I am getting above mention problems again and again in the handset form the day one. For the same I have visited NOKIA CARE, SATYA TELECARE, of 229 chitranjan Avenue, Near Girishpark, Kolkata – 700 006, more than 6 times times. All the times they people give me the handset after repairing and with a commitment that the same problem will not arise again.For your knowledge I am giving the last JOB SHEET detail having Job sheet no. 271504886/130208/3 of dated. 08/02/2013 at 11:24 am.
I am not satisfying with the response of the Nokia Care people of Satya Telecare at all. Yesterday they people had called me and inform me that your handset is completely all right and you can take the delivery of handset. But I am not interested to take the delivery of the same because I want a REPLACEMENT of the same. As I said that I have invested to buy this Rs. 19000/- and this is not a small amount. I have already deposited the handset more then 4-5 time and the problem was not sorted out so I will not take the same handset now.
SATYA TELECARE peoples as well as NOKIA people are not interested to REPLACE the handset. This is not my fault that handset is unrepairable and Rs. 19000/- is lots a mean for me.
Now this is my humble request that please help me. Now i am not able to believe to NOKIA people because i am facing this problem from last 7 months and my handset set has deposited to SATYA TELECARE on 08/02/2013.Please help.
