I purchased Nokia Lumia 520 on 4.10.2013. I am using BSNL network with Mobile No.9442229985. Whenever I connect with mobile data it is connected but the application does not work and the mobile is over heating. I contacted nokia care at Trichy Main Road, Villupuram for more than five times. But it had the same problem. Now they said it was sent to the company. The Service Request Number is 1-15072630825. Service Job Sheet No.7184. Can you provide any help in replacing my mobile. The Nokia Care personnels were talking irresponsible and do say they does not know the status of the mobile. When the mobile come back from the company they will call and hand over. Whenever I contact [email protected] they leave the same reply that the issue had been highlighted, sent to the backend team and they were working on it and one of their representatives will call me at the earliest. But nothing happens.I had also contacted [email protected] about the same issue.
