NOKIA Care do not know how to fix

Name of company/service: NOKIA Care

I have taken NOKIA Lumia 920 recently. All of a sudden the screen went blank. Even after pressing a combination of buttons to re-start/re-set, the NOKIA Lumia 920 was not responding. I went to the nearest Nokia Care (Chikadpally, Hyderabad), and after three days, they returned back my NOKIA saying that they cannot find the fault. As I had purchased this phone outside India, I was told that the warranty is not applicable in India. Is there any trained staff at any of the NOKIA Care centres who can fix my NOKIA Lumia 920.
