I purchased one NOKIA mobile phone set -nokia 105 on 15.12.13 nfrom BINA ELECTRONICS 70,SRINAGAR MAIN ROAD,KOLKATA-94(MOBILE NO. 9874031294),IMEI NO. 358965050197385.it was found defective,I approched the retailer twice for replacement as the set is nonrepairable but replaceable.But he refused to replace it and told that it will be replaced from NOKIA service centre.I went to two NOKIA service centres ,one in Garia ,other in Gariahat , but they told that it will be replaced from yhe retailer shop.I again went to the retailer but he refused to replace.I lodged a complint in NOKIA on 09.05.124 Complaint no. 1-15124317561, but till date no satisfactopry result has been received.
