We at FYI FOODS PVT. LTD. have Tikona broadband installed . We are unable to access our comapny’s website www.fyifoods.com from company’s Tikona network . All website development work has halted. When we call Tikona Care 18002094276 the customer care executives always give assurance that someone from advanced technical team will callback. But, I never received any such call. How do I go about getting my probem resolved now.
