I am facing a slow speed problem every after noon since 19th July 2013. I have to call the helpline number every day since then. They solve the problem in 2-3 hours but the same problem occurs the next day. after 3 days i.e. on 22nd July 2013 I requested them to send their executive or provide some permanent solution for the same but they don’t just care. All I am getting is temporary solution. i am in 512 KBPS unlimited plan which should provide me the speed of 50-60 Kbps but instead I am getting 10-15 Kbps speed every afternoon. i get proper speed for only 3-4 hours a day.
