No show, cheating customer

I booked a cab from Ola app on 6th June for travelling on 7th June at 1.15am. I got the confirmation regarding my booking. They informed that the cab and driver details will be shared half an hour before the ride. It was almost 1.05am and i didn’t receive any communication from Ola. When i checked in the app, they displayed that my booking has been cancelled. I was surprised that these people didn’t even care to inform me regarding the same. As i had to board a train and subsequently a flight, i booked another cab from Ola for an instant ride. They again sent me a confirmation, this time along with driver details. I called the driver and to my surprise, he said that the company has transferred the booking to some other driver. I requested the driver to drop me to the station but he refused.
Because of OLA’s stupidity i missed my travel plan and missed my sister’s wedding.
I demand the most stringent action be taken against Ola.

I contacted them through e mail and only response i got from them each of the time was that they are just sorry and are not responsible for the driver’s no show. Who is responsible if not Ola? I could have attended everything had Ola informed me regarding the cancellation before time.
