Dear All,
Would like to point out that I had the most unpleasant experience with Wings Radio Cabs on 13th Sept 2012. My booking was confirmed for 4.30 AM to Pune Airport from my residence ( Ganga Orchard, Koregaon Park, Pune ). As per confirmation SMS (RAM1283069), the taxi was to arrive at 4.15 and I was also supposed to get details of the driver via SMS.
However, till 4.20 , there was no SMS/ signs of the driver. On calling the call centre, I was informed that the driver details will be texted to me in another couple of mins and a free TAXI was on its way from Airport.
Since I had planned my departure as per flight time, I had to make alternative arrangement and left at 4.35 AM. Around 4.42 am, the driver called up and when I had stated that I have already started and am extremely upset at the service standards, he was very nonchalant about the whole issue and did not even bother to apologise. I could have easily missed my flight had I relied upon your services as time was of utmost importance.
I would like to state that I am extremely disappointed by their service standards. Would request you to kindly take this issue up as the company should realise that their irresponsible behaviour could have resulted in me missing my flight which would have caused a lot of emotional and finacial trauma.
