No shipping of product

Name of company/service: Timtara.com

I have booked a Nokia Lumia 510 on 18th December 2012 from timtara.com.According to their policy I’ll receive my order in 2-3 weeks.Today its almost 3 months and i didn’t get my product.Whenever I call they say i will receive in 2 days. Please get this complaint resolve.
