Dear Consumer forum,
I am Kunal Goel,a Tata Sky subscriber(Subscriber ID-1065767079) since past 4 years.I have not been receiving Tata Sky services from the last 6 months.Whenever I switch on my set up box, it displays the information of no signal.I made several calls on the Tata Sky helpline numbers but they made no serious efforts to sort out my problem.On 19/6/2015 they sent an unprofessional technician to my house for which they charged Rs 170 from my account.When he left,just after 2 hours it again went off air.I again called up on the helpline numbers & as usually they started bluffing me & made false promises.They keep on transferring calls to each other to just avoid us.Tata sky is charging very heavily for their services but not giving any service.I am not asking them to reimburse the money but I should get servicing for which I am paying so heavily out of my hard earned money.
This is my humble request to the consumer forum to please sort out my problem at the earliest.
