NO Service Support after sales of the Product

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Kent RO water Purifier one year back . During summer this purifier not working properly . there is a leakage in the filter .

There is no service provider in this town . Several mails sent to Company to send some service engineer .

I could see the company do not bother the after sales service . I have paid Rs 15000 for this product at Raniper town, near the Vellore Dist . Mr Vikram prop chargerd Rs 2000 for service support .

Pl help on this sir.
