I had logged a complaint regarding filter problem to pureit helpline on 24th April (Complaint No: C134894334). The service person called me on 26th and as there was no one at home I told him to come on Monday i.e. 30th April any time after 12.00. No body showed up or even called up regarding the complaint. I waited for couple of more days and again called up the helpline, they said the original complaint does not hold valid now and you have to log a new complaint. I again logged a new complaint (Complaint No: C134938853) on 8th May and told about the urgency of the issue and the person on phone told me that someone would visit my home on 9th May, so having no option someone from my family waited but again no one showed up. I again called them today i.e. 10th May and this time he assured me that this would be my last call and someone would definately come before 8 p.m. but the history repeats again. One of my family member was waiting the entire day but all waste. At night (around 9.27 pm) I called them again told them the whole story again, got the same reply that someone will definately come tomorrow. This is really pathetic service. I and all my family members are really frustated. I want to teach these people a lesson, please let me know how to file a complaint in the consumer court.
