The complete payment for installation of internet service, Rs. 2800/-, was done on 18-06-2012 by cash via invoice / transaction number – 023841. The agent named Mr. Shivi, having contact number – 90290 24286 took the payment.
Firstly, the agent did not deposit the entire amount to the company. Then, his number switched off thereafter.
We lodged a complained with the customer care on 23-06-2012. False assurances were then given to us that internet facility will be installed on every following day.
Finally, the complete payment was received by them or traced by them on 30-06-2012.
After, harassing us for two weeks, it was assured that the internet service will be installed on Monday, i.e. – 02-07-2012. However, nothing happened. After, repeated calls to the customer care, false assurances were continuously given.
Now, no one is ready to take responsibility for the delay.
We want an affirmative action to be taken against them. We also want a complete refund and compensation for causing us trouble and mental agony.
