NO SERVICE-ITEM SUPPLIED IS DEFECTIVE

I purchased a washing Machine [Onida 5.5 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (WOF5508NW, White)] on 1st May. It stopped working from 5th June. I put a complaint to company on 9th June. After two weeks and continues phone calls two persons said to be their technicians visited my house .They were interested in selling a stand for the machine rather than repairing it. They reported that the sensor is faulty. The top lid was in broken condition. (The supplier Cloud tail Pvt Ltd was also so irresponsible.They did not care to set the machine in working condition.) The so called technicians assured a replacement of sensor within a week. After a week I contacted the company and they reported non availability of spares. Now more than a month of raising the service request I am waiting for the company to do something. I never thought that a company like ONIDA will ditch the customer like this.
