No service is provided from Voltas AC, till we have valid AMC

Dear All
Sub.: I am having a Voltas Vertis plus 1.0 ton wall split AC which has cooling problem from few days and it’s under AMC at your end but no service is made from your technician for few weeks back although, I have lodged complaints on 9th May 2012 & again on 8th June 2012 docket no.12JU0807603.
This is to inform you that your service technicians has came to our resident to solve the above mentioned problem but unfortunately they were unable to solve my said problem and I have noticed that they had broken swing flap & water tray of the said unit, which is mentioned on your service report.
So, I humbly request you to kindly consider my above mentioned problem and retain the spares which have broken from their end and repair my said unit as early as you can possible.
