No service, Fraud Bills

Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband Pvt Ltd

Hi Team,

I had procured a broadband Connection from TIkona Services Pvt Ltd. on the 23rd of March 2012.

23rd March: When the Engineers arrived at my location to set it up, they agreed to the fact that there were little to no signal available at my premises as the nearby tower was being blocked by a society’s water tank.
But they assured me that they would be setting up a new tower nearby and even tried to convince me to convince my landlords to set it up here on my terrace.

25th March : When my landlord refused, the Engineers genuinely said that there would be always be connectivity issues at my place and now the best thing would be to cancel my broadband and ask for my refund.

Now the billing cycle for tikona is from 26th of every month. And they take advance payment.
I had already paid them Rs.1800/- as installation + first month payment.

I had immediately dropped them a mailer on 25th of March stating the same situtaion and to Deactivate my plan.

No not only closed my ticket without any action but also sent me my first bill.

I was furious and mailed them repeatedly and finally they closed my connection by 21st of May, 2012.

Now, rather than refunding my amount of Rs.1800/- they started calling me and have being harassing me this then to pay up the entire bill till 21st May, 2012. When even though I have not being using there connection and already got myself a AIRTEL Broadband installed.

Today too, 11th of August 2012, a billing executive called me and was so rude and arrogant, as if asking for a RANSOM and not bill payment.

This has now taken a toll on me physiologically and psychologically.

I do not know what to do or whom to approach now.

Please!Please Help me! get my refund of 1800/- back and end this once and for all.

    HELLO, I HAVE PURCHASED AN HAIER LCD 32 INCH, FROM MALAIKA SHOP, SAKINAKA ANDHERI LINK ROAD, THE LCD IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD, I’VE PURCHASED IT ON 10/JAN/2012, THERE IS AN DEFECT IN SOUND, WHILE TURNING ON THE TV, FOR FIRST 6 MINS THERE IS NO SOUND, THAN AGAIN WE HAVE TO TURN IT OFF AND ON, I HAVE GIVEN 12, VERBAL COMPLAINTS, AND 2 E-MAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, BUT THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEM, THE TECHNICIAN GIVES THE TIME AND DO NOT VISITS, PLEASE HELP.
