Dear All,
I want to share my bad experience with the Airtel Dth connection. I purchased the set-top-box in 2010 (ID-3002394676). After just 2 years of purchase it started giving problems like — Switching off abruptly, restarting, getting hanged frequently. After frequent & exhaustive follow-up with the customer care, their engineer came & fixed the problem for Rs.500 and assured that this problem will not repeat for at-least 6 months.
Exactly after 5months of it, the same problem came back. I contacted customer care for 5-6 times from 01st Aug, 2012, they keep telling that
they would resolve the problem in 24 hrs. But all in wain, no engineer has come, I am following up daily. I have got so many request numbers but
none of them is addressed. What to do ??????…???
